The Phantom Menace

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away the Trade Federation embargo of Naboo and rumblings of a clone army marked the beginning of a galactic conflict that would eventually spiral into the Clone Wars. What began as an economic dispute over taxation of trade routes quickly escalated into a humanitarian crisis when the Federation, backed by hidden Sith influence, invaded Naboo. The Republic Senate, paralyzed by corruption and bureaucracy, failed to act decisively, while the Jedi found themselves drawn into politics and war. Over the decade, the galaxy fractured: thousands of systems joined the Separatist movement under Count Dooku, while the Republic raised a clone army to fight back. The Clone Wars resulted in massive civilian casualties, the rise of warlords like General Grievous and Darth Maul, and mounting distrust between the Jedi and the Senate. Beginning with the blockade of Naboo, Delegates will represent Senators, Jedi, Separatist leaders, and neutral system representatives to determine whether the galaxy will descend into dictatorship, fragment into anarchy, or find a new balance of power.
